The Sound of Music

Dates: 7th November, 2012 - 10th November, 2012
Venue: Liverpool Empire Theatre

BOST are bringing this multi-award winning and timeless family musical back to the Liverpool Empire this November!

THE SOUND OF MUSIC was Rodgers & Hammerstein’s final musical collaboration, and it tells the ever-popular story of Maria, who is sent to be the governess for the von Trapp family’s seven children.

Featuring such memorable songs as ‘My Favourite Things’, ‘Do-Re-Mi’, and, of course, ‘The Sound of Music’, the show has entertained audiences ever since.

Most recently it was revived in the West End by Andrew Lloyd Webber, following the BBC’s talent contest, ‘How Do You Solve a Problem Like Maria?’ and ran for over two years with acclaimed reviews.

Now, for one week only, the show comes to the Liverpool Empire – and with family tickets available for just £50, it’s not to be missed!
