Open Auditions for “The Full Monty”

Published: August 15th, 2012

DATES ANNOUNCED.

Open auditions for named characters in this funny, gritty, moving musical are to be held at our Rehearsal Hall in CLIFTON ROAD, BIRKENHEAD on SUNDAY 23rd SEPTEMBER, COMMENCING AT 5:00PM, and MONDAY 24th, from 7:00PM.

THE FULL MONTY will be staged at the ROYAL COURT THEATRE, LIVERPOOL from WEDNESDAY 15th – SATURDAY 18th MAY. 2013

Six former steelworkers in Buffalo (New York) are frustrated by their unemployment, having neither money nor prospects. They see
their wives and other women going crazy over male strippers and decide to make some quick cash by becoming a team of male
strippers themselves, despite their ‘real man’ bodies. As the men prepare for their one-night-extravaganza, they work through their
anxieties and self-consciousness, by the growing strength of their camaraderie.

If you are interested, the following roles are up for audition.

JERRY -Lead Role- (in 30s, divorced, demotivated, impulsive)
